Sargeant Briane DeWaine told the council that an Uber driver leaving the Buffalo Bar was robbed at gunpoint, then compelled to drive to the perpetrator’s home, where the assailant discharged a handgun. No one was injured, DeWaine said, and the incident is now under active investigation.
