Property committee approves parking lot use for festival, out‑of‑cycle pay adjustment; hears facility updates

Chairperson Jon Kuhlow called the July 7 meeting of the Sheboygan County Property Committee to order at 5:00 p.m. and the committee moved through routine business including approval of minutes and vouchers.
Building Services Director Kevin Dulmes told the committee the Museum’s new boilers, humidifier and rooftop unit are installed and operational and updated the committee on efforts to separate the Gym and Fine Arts buildings’ networks from the University of Wisconsin‑Green Bay.
Two agenda items requiring committee approval followed. Director Dulmes advised that the John Michael Kohler Art Center and St. Clements requested use of the Courthouse parking lot during the festival. Supervisor Kurt Jensen moved to approve the request; Supervisor Stephanie Arndt seconded and the motion carried 4‑0.
Director Dulmes also requested an out‑of‑cycle pay adjustment for an employee who completed higher education requirements referenced in the employee’s initial offer letter. Supervisor Stephanie Arndt moved to approve the pay adjustment; Supervisor Kurt Jensen seconded and the motion carried 4‑0.
Earlier the committee approved the June 16, 2026 minutes and vouchers (each recorded 3‑0). No correspondence or requests to attend other meetings were recorded. The committee scheduled its next regular meeting for July 21, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:45 p.m.
