The Monroe Township Zoning Board approved four consent resolutions at its July 13 meeting during an isolated consent agenda.
Staff member listed the items as Resolution R30-26 (25-21) for John Tullio and Jennifer Bruno (use variance), Resolution R31-2026 (26-12) for Cheryl Shelton (side-yard variance), Resolution R32-26 (26-14) for Courtney Brown (lot-coverage variance), and R33-2026 (566 SP) for Brian Giordano (minor site plan approval). “On tonight’s agenda, there are 4 resolutions on for codification,” staff said when presenting the consent list.
Board members moved and seconded the consent agenda. The chair called for a vote and members approved the four resolutions by voice vote with no recorded opposition. The board directed staff to memorialize the adopted resolutions at a subsequent meeting and to forward the finalized documents to the appropriate parties.
The resolutions were presented as routine codification items and were approved without further public comment. Staff indicated the adopted items will be memorialized and recorded at the board’s next scheduled meeting.
