Personnel actions: The council approved step increases for firefighter Parker Graves (effective March 3, 2025) and a step increase for part‑time officer Mark Taylor (effective Feb. 2, 2025), and accepted a communications department resignation; the council also asked staff to run an employee survey about optional LegalShield benefits and to return with a recommendation.
