Committee reviews fence permit issue, surplus Taser sale and municipal operations updates

City Administrator Sean Hutchison said the city will begin work on the 2027 operating and capital budgets in July and reminded the public that the Tax Incremental District Joint Review Board will meet June 23 to review TIDs 3, 4 and 5. Chief Schultz reported one noise complaint after the Mackville Truck and Tractor Pulls and said additional officers will be on duty for the Outagamie County Fair (June 25–28). Director of Public Works Schoen updated the committee on ongoing construction projects, South Main Street sewer-line work, and initial start-up of the new Wastewater Treatment Facility plant.
Alderperson Hurkman moved to adjourn at the conclusion of business; Alderperson Vander Heiden seconded and the motion carried. The meeting minutes were attested by Christy Stover, Clerk-Treasurer.
