City Council approves payment of bills, fair license and renovation contingency

Alderperson Krull moved to approve Resolution NO RE 2026-143, Payment of Bills, with Alderperson Miller seconding; the motion carried, approving payment as presented. Alderperson Hurkman moved to approve Resolution NO RE 2026-144 authorizing a Temporary Class B license for the Outagamie Fair Association, seconded by Alderperson Vander Heiden; the motion carried.
The council also approved Resolution NO RE 2026-145 to authorize a contingency for the municipal building renovation contract after a motion by Alderperson Hurkman and second by Alderperson Schaumberg; the motion carried. Alderperson Vander Heiden moved to approve Resolution NO RE 2026-146 declaring certain Police Department Glock handguns as excess equipment, seconded by Alderperson Miller; the motion carried.
Administrator Hutchison noted administrative items (not specified in the record). Council President Tetztlaff moved to adjourn, seconded by Alderperson Vander Heiden; the motion carried and the meeting was adjourned. The minutes were signed by Clerk-Treasurer Christy Stover.
