By unanimous motions or recorded votes, Council named Anthony Tyre as Planning Board liaison and to several advisory boards; Max Perreault and Antwan Horton were assigned to other boards. Council reappointed Susan Strickland to the Washington Tourism Development Authority with a term through June 30, 2029, appointed Betsy Hester to fill a vacancy through June 30, 2027, reappointed Steve Fuchs and Wali Saleem to the Board of Adjustment through June 30, 2029, reappointed Randa Flournoy to the Board of Library Trustees and Beth Casey to the Historic Preservation Commission, and appointed Kimberly Godley and Amanda Blackmon to the Historic Preservation Commission (one motion carried 3–1 with Councilmember Joe Davis opposing).
Councilmember Joe Davis agreed to serve as liaison to the Tourism Development Authority, the Waterfront Docks Advisory Committee and the Animal Control Appeals Board, and the Council ratified those assignments by motion.
