Premier Lakes reports increased maintenance frequency, nano-bubbler repair and compressor proposals

Premier Lakes, Inc. reported to the River Ridge Board that the district's lakes are in good condition and that several maintenance steps were underway ahead of an expected tropical storm.
Bill Kurth said the lakes "appear to be in very good shape," that preserve and dry-retention-area work is ongoing and that crews removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure ahead of the storm. Premier reported Key Activity items 2, 3, 4 and 5 (quarterly reviews and maintenance) were completed and that it had increased service frequency from quarterly to monthly for the rainy season.
Mr. Kurth said repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler, which lost prime after being turned off, would be completed the next day. Regarding relocating a compressor in the Masters Lake, Operations Manager Shane Willis and Mr. Alex Kurth will present electrical proposals for that portion of the project.
No Board action was recorded on the update beyond receiving the report and scheduling proposals for electrical work.
