River Ridge ends contract with Laz’s Lawn, hires GulfScapes at higher cost

On motion by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Chair Bob Schultz, the board authorized management to terminate Laz’s Lawn and engage GulfScapes effective immediately; the motion passed unanimously.
Staff are expected to execute the termination and onboarding steps and to apply withheld funds toward plant replacement costs as discussed in the meeting record.
