River Ridge board elects 2025 officers and reaffirms prior appointments

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution 2025-02 on Nov. 19, 2024, electing Bob Schultz as chair and Terry Mountford as vice chair and confirming Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries.
The motion to adopt the resolution was made by Supervisor Terry Mountford and seconded by Supervisor Kurt Blumenthal; the board approved the appointments unanimously. The resolution also left existing administrative appointments in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer.
District staff told the board the appointments do not affect prior selections for administrative roles. The action sets the board leadership going into the upcoming year and accompanies routine housekeeping for district governance.
The meeting record shows the oath of office was administered to newly elected supervisors Kurt Blumenthal, Terry Mountford and Robert Twombly earlier in the session; staff also reviewed mandatory ethics training and Form 1 filing deadlines.
