Council unanimously adopts 2025 ADA transition plan annual report

Councilor Spickelmeyer pressed staff about a design‑standards table (Figure 3) that appeared to show older adoption dates; Public Works Director Dustin Jones said the table should be updated to reflect the 2026 adoptions. Staff committed to correct the table.
Councilor Spickelmeyer moved to adopt the 2025 ADA Transition Plan annual report; Councilor Morey seconded and the council voted unanimously to adopt the report.
