The Norfolk Planning Board approved an Approval Not Required (ANR) plan Tuesday that splits the Pawnville Crossing property, allowing separate ownership of the parcel that will be developed by Hill Street Partners and the adjacent parcel to be retained or developed separately.
A project representative said the property has been rezoned into the MBTA district and that Hill Street Partners intends to file for site‑plan review for a residential apartment building in the coming weeks. The board asked about neighboring site conditions and agreed to forward resident comments to the relevant parcel owner when appropriate.
The board voted to approve the ANR, allowing the ownership split to proceed; board members noted that future site‑plan and permitting steps remain subject to separate review and public hearings.
