Separately, Council accepted the highest upset bid of $48,446 for surplus property at Keys Landing and the corner of 6th and Van Norden, approved the conveyance Resolution, and authorized staff to execute the closing; the minutes record that motion as carrying 3-1.
Proclamation: Councilmember Joe Davis moved to adopt a proclamation designating Saturday, May 16, 2026, as the Washington Day of Prayer; the motion died for lack of a second.
