Big Bear City CSD elects Bob Rowe president and John Russo vice president for 2026

At its Dec. 15 meeting the Big Bear City Community Services District board unanimously elected Director Bob Rowe as president and Director John Russo as vice-president for 2026 and approved the consent calendar, including Nov. cash disbursements of $476,588.67.
The Big Bear City Community Services District Board of Directors elected Director Bob Rowe to serve as board president for 2026 and Director John Russo to serve as vice-president during its Dec. 15, 2025 regular meeting.
The votes were unanimous. Director Larry Walsh nominated Bob Rowe for president; after a second the board voted AYES: B. Rowe, J. Rowe, Russo, Walsh, Ziegler and elected Rowe. Newly elected President Bob Rowe then nominated Director John Russo for vice-president; the board again voted unanimously to elect Russo.
The election follows standard board procedure for opening nominations and voting. During the same motion sequence the Board reviewed and approved the consent calendar, including minutes for Dec. 1 and Dec. 8, 2025, and cash disbursements for November 2025 totaling $476,588.67.
The board took no further action on governance items at the meeting and proceeded to other agenda items. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. and adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
