Financial and procurement actions included authorization to pay retired Police Officer Joseph Forgione $20,073.41 for accumulated compensatory and sick time (R-26-142), payment to Rhonda Schultz for accumulated vacation, compensatory and sick buyout totaling $57,074.90 (R-26-144), and awarding a contract to Lancha Construction for 2026 Concrete Improvements for $515,494.71 after bid review (R-26-149). The committee also authorized changing the Hazlet Police Department petty cash custodian to Nonita Nichols, who is bonded for $50,000 as required (R-26-150).
