Beulah trustees sign L-4029; Headlee rollback reduces village millage to 7.3776

President Jeri VanDePerre said the Village expects less revenue as a result of the Headlee adjustment. County Commissioner Rhonda Nye summarized the Headlee reset for attendees and announced a public meeting on June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Mills Community House for residents seeking more information.
The minutes do not include an estimate of the dollar impact to the Village's budget beyond the millage rate change; the board recorded the form signing and will carry fiscal effects into future budget work sessions.
