Trustees renew shoreline stabilization permit for 85 Blouse Pointe; DEC permit and ZBA hearing pending

Shanna McCaffrey of DuEast Planning told the Stanfintown trustees on July 13 that her client has applied to renew a shoreline stabilization permit for 85 Blouse Pointe and that the state Department of Environmental Conservation permit is in place. She said local work has not yet been scheduled because the application is awaiting a Zoning Board of Appeals hearing.
A trustee moved to renew the trustee permit so that the permit remains in force when the local hearing is scheduled; another trustee voiced support and the board approved the motion by voice vote with ayes noted.
McCaffrey said all documentation required by DEC is complete and that the project awaits the local public hearing by the ZBA. Trustees recorded no conditions beyond the standard permitting and public-notice process.
