Cromwell commission reviews Habitat for Humanity façade rendering and will circulate design to commissioners

Development Compliance Officer Bruce Driska confirmed Habitat for Humanity is awaiting a permit. Driska read the applicable regulation and the commission concluded it does not need to formally approve the front street-facing façade but must review the rendering. Director of Planning & Development Andrew J. Armstrong said staff will provide the rendering via email and commissioners should advise him if they have concerns or issues.
Commissioners noted staff has already made suggestions to the project designers; no formal action or vote on the façade was recorded. The item is intended as an architectural design review for a single-family home in the Downtown District, and staff follow-up was directed to circulate the material and collect commissioner feedback.
