Olivette council approves Ameren easement, appoints commission members and issues liquor license

Allison Miller was named to fill an unexpired two‑year term and Clark Hickman was named to fill another unexpired one‑year term; Dr. Kim Robinson agreed to sit on the zoning board of appeals. Council moved to approve the slate of appointees beginning Aug. 1 with terms as noted and the motion passed on a roll‑call vote.
Liquor license: Planning Director Carlos Trejo explained that the On the Run station (store #614) at 9371 Olive Boulevard is reapplying for a liquor license due to a corporate‑structure change, with the license to be issued to Wallace Petroleum LC doing business as On the Run for the remainder of 2026. Council authorized the city clerk to issue the license; the motion was seconded and approved on a roll‑call vote.
