Council advances mobility-device rules, energy aggregation and grant authorizations; adopts appropriations and other emergency measures

To meet the July 15 NatureWorks grant deadline, the council also adopted Resolution 37-2026 authorizing the mayor to provide information and documentation necessary to apply to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources NatureWorks grant program.
