Planning Board refers Junction Development amended plan to Orange County for review

The Planning Board reviewed an amended site plan for Junction Development (561 International Boulevard) on May 1. Jamie LoGiudice of Insite Engineering told the Board the application maintains the existing building and tenant while adding outdoor gravel storage, additional trailer parking, modified parking surfacing and new perimeter landscaping. "We have amended the plan to provide an eight‑foot high chain link fence to surround the outside storage," LoGiudice said.
Pat Hines (MH&E) and Jim Campbell (Code Compliance) identified engineering and code details the applicant must address, including DEC wetland mitigation information, septic details, and signage dimensions for ARB review. After the Board heard comments and minor clarifications, Planning Board Attorney Dominic Cordisco advised the Board that County referral is required before further action; the Board voted unanimously to circulate the matter to the Orange County Planning Department for their review.
