Council noted a housekeeping item in the salary table where a public works general‑labor position appeared duplicated; staff said it reflected a pending retirement item and is not an additional authorization.
Councilor discussion was limited. On the motion to approve Resolution No. 2024‑20‑50 adopting city employee wages and salaries for 2025, the council voted by roll call and the motion carried.
