Eastchester board confirms district clerk, treasurer and claims auditor; approves consent agenda

The Eastchester Union Free School District Board of Education approved several routine appointments and its consent agenda during the July 14 reorganization meeting.
By motion, the board confirmed Lori Perata as district clerk; Joanne Andreazzi as district treasurer; William Gavin as deputy treasurer; and Anna Provenzano as claims auditor. The board set the claims-auditor rate at $90 per hour. The motion to appoint officers was made by Matthew Fanelli and seconded by Christine Lombardi and carried by voice vote.
The board then approved the consent agenda, which included annual board action items, approval of minutes, personnel actions, committee on preschool special education recommendations, pupil personnel recommendations, business office recommendations and other business items.
Board staff will notify appointees and complete standard onboarding and payroll updates following the approvals.
