Lancaster staff to seek $124,000 reimbursement; playground grant requires walkway match by Sept. 30

Land Use Coordinator Robin Irving briefed the board and said she needs Cyr’s signature to submit for reimbursement. Irving also updated the board on a separate playground grant: the program manager indicated the town’s match is completion of a walkway, that ledge pack is acceptable, and the work must be finished by Sept. 30 for the match to qualify.
Irving and Recreation Director Eli Vincent walked the playground site with the program manager, Irving said. The minutes do not list a contract amount for the playground grant or a detailed project timeline beyond the match requirement and the Sept. 30 completion date.
Separately, Irving reported the Lead Service Line Inventory (LSLI) grant will go to the Governor and Council on June 17; staff are preparing related grant materials.
