On finance: a business services representative reported a county treasury cash balance of $57,577,372.28 as of July 7, 2026, and noted that the balance includes remaining one‑time federal ESSER funds budgeted for facilities and capital projects; staff said the cash balance will decline as planned projects are paid and described that decline as expected rather than a cash‑flow concern.
