Council discussed possible locations (the site near the school had been used previously) and agreed the village could coordinate. The chair suggested the group "coordinate with Craig" in staff to handle logistics. Wiseman and staff agreed to follow up by email.
No formal motion or roll-call vote was recorded; councilors expressed general support. The council did not commit village funds and indicated any installation would require staff approval for placement and standards.
