Chair Amanda McDonough moved to approve the minutes of the June 5, 2025 Policy Committee meeting as presented; Trustee S. Gibson supported the motion. The motion carried with two affirmative votes. Vice President Aldred was recorded absent.
During the policy review, committee members examined the annual Thrun update and discussed a set of district policies. The session listed the policies reviewed as: 2504.01, 3115, 3115A, 3118, 3121, 3201, 3201A, 3211, 3212, 3301, 3301A, 3307, 3402, 3407, 3408, 4101, 4103, 4105B, 4106, 4403, 4407, and 4408.01. The committee recommended the following policies to the Board for first reading: 2504.01, 3115, 3115A, 3118, 3201, 3212, 3301, 3301A, 3307, 3402, 3407, 4101, 4103, 4105B, 4106, 4403, 4407, and 4408.01.
