The library’s architect requested time on the July 15 Planning Board agenda to outline construction phases and potential setback issues so contractors and the public can be informed before work begins.
Peter Gaffney, the town’s Land Use Administrator, recorded that the MOU is under review by both parties; the minutes do not specify terms or a construction schedule. The Board also noted that the architect’s presentation at Planning Board is intended to clarify the contractor’s needs and to identify any public-meeting requirements for site work.
