President Stack told members that the annual Board goals will be finalized at the April retreat and that discussions about those goals will begin at the Board's Monday meeting. Stack also reminded the committee of several upcoming professional and community events, including the MASB Winter Institute, a MASB Labor Relations Workshop, the rescheduled OASBA General Membership Meeting, and the GHSF Community Breakfast.
Staff reported the Strategic Plan dashboard has been updated on the district's public website; an internal dashboard will be maintained to provide more detailed metrics at Board retreats. The meeting record notes the session adjourned at 11:27; the minutes list 11:27 PM, which appears to be a clerical error given the 11:00 AM start and the meeting's 27-minute duration; the time has been corrected to 11:27 AM in this report.
