Borough Manager Greg Wolff noted that the request came after a contentious Planning and Zoning meeting and that the borough’s Code Enforcement Officer and the boards’ solicitors had requested council adoption of the guidelines.
The motion was moved by Patrick Loughney and seconded by Thomas Hallinan; council approved it by voice vote of the members present.
