Tamworth Planning Board members agreed to add a standing agenda item to track outstanding conditional approvals after a discussion led by board member Andy Fisher.
Why it matters: Planning staff and board members said several applications still have outstanding conditions and that a regular tracking item would help ensure timelines are met and clear responsibility is assigned.
Action taken: Larry Nickerson moved to add the conditional-approvals tracking item to future agendas; Matt Dunn seconded the motion and the board approved it unanimously. The board also moved to table a separate discussion of Town Counsel's written responses until the March 18 work session.
Board work plan: Anna Paddock said she will work with Andy Fisher to identify which applications have outstanding items and to establish a tracking approach. The board noted that conditions on the Plowman application have already been satisfied.
