At the close of the Walton County Technical Review Committee meeting, the TRC recorded the following formal outcomes:
- Minutes: TRC approved the minutes from the May 20, 2026 TRC meeting.
- Continuances: Camp Definiac (MIN26-000038) and 30 South (MIN26-000050) were continued to August 5. Suling (Sioux Lane) Warehouse (MIN26-000053) was continued to August 19.
- Conditional approvals: Carson Lane storage tank (MIN26-000048) — conditionally approved pending resubmittal and outstanding agency comments; Tri Village Park improvements (MIN26-00051) — conditionally approved pending resubmittal; West Walton Warehouses (MIN26-000046) — conditionally approved pending outstanding comments; Nature Walk PUD amendment (MAJ2603) and companion minor development order (MIN26-00052) — conditionally approved pending preservation, stormwater and transportation clarifications.
- Denial recommendation: The TRC recommended denial of the San Roy right‑of‑way/patent easement abandonment (PA26000003) and forwarded the application to the planning commission with that recommendation.
- Continued: Dollar General (MIN26-000047) was continued to August 19 to allow the applicant to address substantial environmental, preservation and technical comments and to provide recorded lot‑split documentation.
The meeting adjourned following those actions. Items continued to August meetings will return to the TRC after applicants respond to outstanding comments.
