Applicant Tyler Pascall (Arconic Engineering) told the TRC he had addressed the Eglin comments in his resubmittal and that the proposed buildings are one story and well under Eglin’s 50‑foot maximum height stipulation.
Staff moved to conditionally approve the application pending the applicant’s satisfactory responses to remaining comments and the committee voted in favor.
