The Middleton Planning Board reorganized its leadership at a June 10 meeting, electing Jason Bernhard as chair, Shad Brook as vice chair and Kyle Smith as clerk. Each appointment passed by a 4-0 vote during the board’s annual election of officers.
Bernhard opened the meeting by welcoming new members James Currier and Kyle Smith and made the motions to fill the three officer roles. James Currier and Kyle Smith seconded the motions as recorded in the meeting minutes.
The board also voted 4-0 to accept the April 8, 2026 meeting minutes as written. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
