During its Nov. 12 session, the Hopkins County Commissioners Court approved the consent agenda, which included prior meeting minutes and a request from Oncor Electric Delivery to construct power distribution facilities crossing County Road 3567. The court also approved the replat of Lot 8 in High Point Estate Phase II after County staff recommended approval.
The court canvassed the Nov. 4 special election results and recorded 3,240 voters for the county. In a separate action, the court approved disposal of a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe and a 2015 Ford F-150; the fire marshal will place the vehicles up for auction with Rene Bates and the county will advertise the sale in the newspaper.
All motions on these items were carried unanimously. Documents and attachments for each action were filed with the county clerk as part of the official record.
