Hopkins County appoints Liz Allen to SART and names Chasity Campbell to appraisal-district board

The court appointed Liz Allen to serve on the 8th Judicial District Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), replacing Donna Pendleton as Lakes Regional's representative; the minutes note that three additional members agreed to serve and named representatives from Franklin and Delta counties. Later in the meeting, the court adopted a resolution appointing Tax Assessor-Collector Chasity Campbell to the Hopkins County Appraisal District Board of Directors to replace Debbie Mitchell. The minutes state Campbell’s appointment begins Jan. 1, 2026.
Both actions were approved by unanimous vote. County documents attached to the minutes list appointment details and the effective start date for the appraisal-district board seat.
