Board keeps Oct. 20 deadline for 584 Main Street while contractor seeks extension for Phase 2

Board members requested a written letter documenting the schedule and deadlines, and Code Enforcement said it would contact Taconic to follow up on Phase 2 plans; the minutes note uncertainty about whether Taconic would complete plans by July 20. Public commenter E. Cross questioned the utility of repeated deadline extensions. Chrissy, representing See & Bee, told the board she was acting in good faith and continues to take steps toward completion. J. Buckley asked when the permit is filed; minutes note the standard permit is good for one year but say Code believes an unsafe-building classification may require a shorter timeline.
