General Manager Linda described the project as a “hybrid” arrangement with restaurant operator Touch of Italy contributing to interior-fitout costs while the association retains ownership of the structure. “We leveled five bids,” she said, and staff, with the association’s engineering and architectural firm, recommended the successful bidder after review.
The board’s formal announcement at the March meeting did not include a roll-call tally; Hevner said the email vote required unanimous consent and that unanimity was achieved. The board filed the email vote for inclusion in the meeting minutes.
