Eaton planning board elects officers for 2026, approves prior minutes and adjourns

The Eaton Planning, Zoning and Building Board met on May 12, 2026, elected officers for the coming year and completed routine business before adjourning.
Tim Lane was nominated and elected Chairman of the board for a one-year term ending Dec. 31, 2026; the motion passed 7–0. Vice Mayor Dave Kirsch nominated Gary Wagner, who was elected Vice Chairman for the same term by a unanimous vote. The board also voted to approve minutes from the Nov. 11, 2025 meeting; John Ott moved the approval and Dave Daily seconded, with the motion passing 7–0.
Amy C. Napier, the board secretary, administered the oath to members of the audience who wished to speak during the evening’s public hearing. Following consideration of items on the agenda the board adjourned by unanimous vote.
