Nuequist also asked the commission to consider extending the initial tentative map term from 24 months to 36 months in future similar cases to reduce the need for frequent time extensions.
Commissioner Simmons moved to adopt Resolution No. 26-486; Commissioner Peiser seconded. Roll-call votes were recorded in the transcript as 'Aye' from Commissioners Sanchez, Peiser, Simmons and Jeff Schott. The motion passed as recorded.
