Clark and Joseph and Kelly Clark, signed insurance paperwork for firefighters and police through VFIS, approved an inter-municipal agreement for veteran services and appointed three election ballot and tally clerks, according to the meeting minutes.
Selectman Steven DellaGiustina moved to approve and sign the conservation restrictions for the Clark properties; Selectman Ed Deming seconded the motion, which the minutes record as passed. The minutes say the restrictions “prohibit building and other forms of development” and that ownership of the properties will remain private while the restrictions will be held by the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
