Selectman Steven DellaGiustina reported that the Town of Granville was awarded a Community Compact Grant that will help offset Tolland’s financial obligation for a Comcast fiber installation in North Tolland related to an updated 911 communications system. He said Tolland will be required to budget a 5% matching contribution.
