Village Board approves consent items including licenses, operator renewals, donation and festival permits
Summary
In a series of unanimous votes the board approved minutes, vouchers, utility recommendations, multiple alcohol and tobacco license renewals, operator renewals and new operator licenses, a $200 donation to the Clintonville VFW, a picnic license for The Mob Charity Ride (July 25) and a street permit for the Kraut festival parade (Aug. 2).
The board handled routine business and a package of consent items by unanimous votes.
Motions approved included the May 11, 2026 meeting minutes and the monthly voucher report. Trustees approved recommendations from the Utility meeting and reviewed the monthly treasurer's report. The board voted to donate $200 in excess Memorial Day Luncheon funds to the Clintonville VFW.
Licensing actions approved by the board included Class B Beer & Liquor license renewals for Mavericks Bar & Grill, Station 2 LLC and Ayala's Mexican Restaurant, and a Class B Beer license renewal for Los Amigos LLC. The cigarette & tobacco license renewal for Station 2 LLC was approved. The board also approved renewals for a long list of operator licenses and granted new operator licenses to Jessica L. Puffe, Gullermina Alvarado and Erika Oreskovich.
Event permits approved included a picnic license for The Mob Charity Ride scheduled July 25, 2026 and a street permit for the Kraut festival parade on August 2, 2026. All motions on these items were recorded as "all in favor" and carried.
The board adjourned after setting the next meeting for July 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m.
