Stafford reports completed paving on Hampton Road, work planned on Colburn and other streets

Bill Morrison, Staffords 1st Selectant, gave a rundown of recent and upcoming public-works work in town.
He said Hampton Road has been paved, with driveways and curbs completed; only line striping remained. Work has begun on Edgewood Street and Clinton Street and will include paving, sidewalks in some areas and curbs. Morrison said the town plans to mobilize in mid-August to pave Colburn Road; that work will include the bridge at the start of the project.
Separately, Morrison said the town would begin an abatement project at the school name spoken during the meeting as "Will's which school" on Wednesday the 15th and asked residents in that area to expect to see workers at the site.
