Ron, Director of Planning and Development, and the County Engineer described the next steps as final site- and design-related work followed by grant and bond actions if the town secures additional funding. The County Engineer said town staff are pursuing grant dollars and will seek to expand the scope of work as part of that effort.
The board approved by voice vote the resolutions placing the wastewater public hearing on the agenda and advancing the grant/bond planning. No formal vote on the grant award itself was recorded; the board’s action was to support and move forward with the application and related environmental review.
