Vice‑Mayor Kimberly Davis moved to approve Requisition R6‑00746 to Edmunds GovTech for 2026 software maintenance in the amount of $31,379.73; Commissioner Catherine Bernard‑Dutton seconded and the motion was approved by the board members present.
Commissioner Neil DeMatt moved to approve Requisition R6‑00859 to Enterprise Community Development for Riverwoods Phase II in the amount of $784,874.44; Commissioner Hilary Crothers‑Moore seconded and the motion was approved by the board members present.
Vice‑Mayor Davis moved to approve Requisition R6‑00882 to Clifton Larsen Allen LLP for the FY2025 financial statement and audit in the amount of $29,560.00; Commissioner Bernard‑Dutton seconded and the motion was approved by the board members present.
The approvals were recorded as motions with named movers and seconders; the board recorded unanimous approval among members present for the requisitions. The Riverwoods Phase II payment is the largest single requisition voted on at the meeting and represents a scheduled disbursement for the ongoing Riverwoods expansion project.
The board also approved the Oct. 22, 2025 meeting minutes earlier in the session. That motion, made by Vice‑Mayor Davis and seconded by Commissioner Hilary Crothers‑Moore, carried with three yes votes; Commissioners Bernard‑Dutton and Neil DeMatt abstained because they had been absent from the Oct. 22 meeting.
With no further appropriations discussed, the meeting proceeded to other agenda items and adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
