Altenburg board sets pay schedule for Dr. Ward and bookkeeper, schedules AMI presentation and fuel bids

At its June 11 meeting, the Altenburg District #48 Board of Education approved a change to payroll scheduling for district administrative staff and authorized staff to seek diesel fuel bids ahead of the July meeting.
Lindsay Palisch moved and Brittany Hecht seconded a motion to pay Dr. Ward and the district bookkeeper on a monthly schedule beginning in August for July work, with two checks to be issued in June; the motion passed 7-0.
The board also approved putting out diesel fuel bid flyers; Brittany Hecht moved the procurement action and Amanda Klaus seconded. The board passed that motion 7-0 and indicated the formal fuel-bid item will appear at the July meeting.
Board members were told the district's AMI plan is due July 31; Dr. Ward will present the plan at the July meeting.
