The Altenburg District #48 Board of Education approved its budget outlook and amendments and signed off on March bills at a regular meeting Thursday night.
The board voted 7-0 to approve the budget outlook and the proposed amendments as presented. Amanda Klaus moved the budget motion and Cary Roth seconded.
The board also approved the March bills after two line-item additions: $350 to SE RDPC and $930 to Chase for UCLS non-public funds. Lindsay Palisch moved the motion and Amanda Klaus seconded. The motion passed with six yeas; Richard Sachs was recorded as abstaining.
The treasurer's report was reviewed earlier in the meeting; no public comments were offered.
The board scheduled additional financial and procurement items for the July meeting.
