Richardton authorizes Phase 2 sanitary sewer lining, adds CCTV video work

SEH Engineering reported to the City of Richardton commission that Phase 1 of the sanitary sewer lining project is complete, and the commission on Nov. 17 approved next steps for Phase 2.
Commissioners voted to add additional CCTV video work to the Phase 2 CIPP lining project; the motion was moved by Commissioner Dallas Hauck and seconded by Commissioner Darcy Dressler and was recorded as "motion carried." The commission also approved soliciting bids for Sanitary Sewer Lining & Improvements Phase 2; that motion was moved by Commissioner Dallas Hauck and seconded by Commissioner Mark Aman.
The commission set advertising dates of Nov. 20, Nov. 26 and Dec. 4, 2025. The bid opening is scheduled for Dec. 11, 2025. SEH Engineering presented the Phase 1 completion update and the commission authorized the additional video-inspection scope to inform Phase 2 construction and quality-control work.
The actions taken authorize staff to proceed with public bidding under the specified schedule; the minutes do not record bid amounts, contractors, or a construction timetable beyond the advertised dates and opening. The commission did not record objections or a roll-call tally beyond the procedural note that the motions "carried."
