Richland County highway updates: landslide repair and CO RD 16 paving will require short closures

Berseth said a CO RD 1 culvert repair south of 13 was paved last week and that a patch near Walmart remains incomplete. CO RD 16 is on track to be paved in the first week of October, with a complete closure planned beginning Sept. 9, weather permitting.
